The seller will ensure proper packaging of the products along with the accompanying documents. Upon the customer’s request, the seller can provide the AWB (waybill) corresponding to the delivered order, without assuming responsibility for delivery delays caused by the courier.
The customer agrees to sign the delivery receipt (AWB) presented by the courier at the time of delivery of the ordered products, along with the invoice containing all the details of the delivered products (product name, quantity, price).
Additionally, the customer will verify whether the products are damaged or if there are any missing items, and any issues should be noted in handwriting on the delivery receipt in order for them to be considered. By signing the delivery receipt, the customer acknowledges receiving the products in good condition and in full.
The customer may inspect the contents of the package upon receipt / before making a cash-on-delivery payment. If the ordered product is not in perfect delivery condition, the customer may return the order at the time of delivery, in the presence of the courier.

If the customer decides to refuse an order and has used a different payment method in advance, the amount paid will be refunded as quickly as possible to the account from which the payment was made.
Before dispatching the order, the exact shipping costs for the ordered products will be calculated and displayed in the shopping cart, along with the total amount payable for the order.
