Right to Return Products Within 14 Days of Receipt:
It’s okay to change your mind! If the product does not match the vision that led you to place the order on our website, you have the right to return the products within 14 days of receipt. If you decide to return an order, the products must be accompanied by the original invoice.
Returns can be made in person at the supplier’s location in Bucureşti, Calea Văcăreşti No. 184, or by courier to the same address. Returning by courier involves covering the transport fee charged by the courier. If all return conditions are met, the value of the returned order will be refunded to the account from which the payment was made as soon as possible.
Return Conditions:
If the returned product shows physical alterations, dents, chips, scratches, or damages, we reserve the right to refuse the return. The right to return applies only to products made with images from the supplier’s gallery and does not apply to products personalized with the customer’s image.
These products are special orders and cannot be re-sold. Therefore, they can only be refused at delivery, in the presence of the courier, if there are visible defects or damages, either from transport or manufacturing. In the case of multiple unjustified returns (more than 3), we reserve the right to refuse further returns.
Right of Withdrawal:
According to O.U.G Nr.34/2014on consumer rights within contracts concluded with professionals, as well as for the modification and completion of some regulations, the customer has the following rights and obligations regarding withdrawal from the distance contract: Before the withdrawal period expires, the consumer has the right to withdraw from this contract without having to justify the decision, and without incurring any costs other than those provided in Article 13(3) and Article 14 of O.U.G Nr.34/2014, within 14 days from the day the product is physically received.
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. The returned product must be in the same condition as when it was delivered (in its original packaging, with all accessories, with intact labels, and with the accompanying documents). Products showing physical alterations, dents, chips, scratches, excessive wear, and/or unauthorized modifications, etc., will not be accepted for return.
The seller will refund the value of the product within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) days from receiving the return. The following are exceptions to the right of withdrawal from the contract:
Service contracts, after full service performance, if execution began with the prior express consent of the buyer and after the buyer confirmed that they are aware they will lose the right to withdraw after the contract is fully executed by the seller;
The supply of goods and/or services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market that the seller cannot control and that may occur during the withdrawal period;
The supply of goods made according to the buyer’s specifications;
The supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly; the supply of sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons and which were unsealed by the buyer;
The supply of goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other elements due to their nature;
Contracts in cases where the buyer specifically requested the seller to visit their home to carry out urgent repairs or maintenance works. If, during such a visit, the seller provides additional services other than those explicitly requested by the buyer, or supplies other goods than the essential spare parts for maintenance or repair work, the right of withdrawal applies to those additional services or goods.
These limitations apply in accordance with O.U.G Nr.34/2014, Article 16.
